If, for any reason, you do not wish to purchase a product, you have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 working days after delivery by returning the product to Roeigoed, or by sending us the completed withdrawal form and the product within 14 days thereafter.
In this case, returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and the original packaging of the product is undamaged. Any payment already received by Roeigoed in this regard, including shipping costs, will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. The direct costs of return shipment are at your expense. We recommend insuring the product upon return.
